Why aren’t your plants priced?

The plant supply is very fluid due to the amount of suppliers we have. Because of this, what we have available is constantly changing often on a daily basis in our busy periods and so we encourage you to contact us with any specific plant query and we can give you prices directly.

Do you have a Trade List?

No we don’t have a trade list, as supply is constantly changing so a list isn’t feasible. The products section show lines we generally have on a consistent basis or are easily sourced. If we do not have a plant listed online that you are wanting, please enquire with us and we can source it for you.

What is your refund policy?

As we only supply the best quality available, once the plants are chosen and have left the premises, we do not unfortunately, accept returns.
Where there has been an issue beyond our control, we will look at mitigating this to the customers satisfaction where possible.

Can I come in and shop?

Most definitely – come in, look around and let us know any questions you have. Our friendly staff are always on hand to help. And remember your 4 legged mate is always welcome too!

How long has Concept Botanica been operating?

Concept Botanica Ltd has been operating since 2013 . In that time we have developed into Auckland’s premier specialist sourcing enterprise, supplying customers not only in Auckland, but also throughout New Zealand.

In the first instance, give Ben a call or come in and introduce yourself. They will be able to explain what’s involved in becoming one of our premium suppliers.

Are sites available in the market?

Yes they are, but it is very dependent on what you are growing and the quantities you as a supplier, can constantly provide. Again – make contact if you are interested in finding out more.
